Biography Timmy Tom Stanford, also known as “The Blue-eyed Soul Man”, is probably the most versatile singer to arrive on the music scene in a very long time. From melodic country songs to the gutsy tones and screams found in his rhythm and blues adaptation to country, he demonstrates his powerful vocals in his four-octave range. Timmy is an outstanding drummer, has played and sang with several bands, and toured with the Walt Wilder Band. It was Mr. Wilder, a writer and Nashville producer who noticed Tim’s talent and brought him to Nashville. “Johnny”, a tribute to Johnny Cash, has all the qualities of a classic country hit. This single has just been released on Burnlounge. Any CMM® Record can be purchased on the Internet for 99¢ per song. Over one million songs are available. Burnlounge has worldwide distribution. Go to www.burnlounge.com/countrymusic . In this album, note the “bluesy” tones in Tim’s “Oooo, Ahhh, Ohhh” song. His version of Merle Haggard’s “Today I Started Loving You Again” exhibits his vocal likeness to Ray Charles. “Johnny”, a tribute to Johnny Cash, has all the qualities of a classic Country hit. It is difficult to choose the “hit” in this album. For instance, note the Ray Rector song “The Devil’s in the Icebox” and the Wilder original “Wrappers and Raincoats”. It is our belief these songs will be around for your enjoyment for years to come.
